1. Acceptance of Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the bx777 cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the bx777 account. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally feasible.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. bx777 may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the bx777 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game titles, bet types or tournament formats:

• All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of bx777. bx777 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting a game or betting market, bx777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. bx777 will not be responsible for connectivity failures on the part of the user that result in missed live betting opportunities.

11. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bx777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification procedures, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

bx777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within stipulated timeframes.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the bx777 platform. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bx777 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms
